The Center for Economic Research

Center for economic research (CER) was established in 2005 to promote democratic debate on the most important economic and social issues that affect people's lives. The purpose of it can be called effective formation of modern scientific thought, the creation of access to scientific information resources of Russia and the world. CER is based in St. Petersburg. The centre aims to provide a scientific environment of the new generation in a simple and understandable form, so that the public could better navigate the complex economic processes and to shape their point of view.
