INOX Launches Chatbot 'OPUS'

INOX Leisure, announced the launch of its Chatbot named 'OPUS,' which can be accessed on WhatsApp, INOX's website and app. The Chatbot allows INOX patrons for booking movie tickets, place their F&B orders and resolve other servicerelated queries in a fast and seamless manner. With an objective to make INOX's customer interface comprehensive and integrated digitally, OPUS, the Chabot is designed to deliver a seamless selfservice experience to book movie tickets and order F&B across India and enable faster resolution of consumer queries and issues.

Patrons can avail the digital utility by simply sending a text message to INOX's verified WhatsApp mobile number 9930000193 from their mobile devices, agreeing to the legal terms of use, and then initiating a conversation. The Chatbot is built with the latest intuitive capabilities of the WhatsApp API platform that enables users to select 'quick replies.' It eliminates the need for users to type out a message. OPUS is available 24x7, including holidays, and the service will be available across India. It is entirely safe, as it works on a secure end-to-end encrypted messaging channel. Apart from WhatsApp, users can also interact with the Chatbot when they visit the INOX website or the INOX app on both Android and IOS platforms.
