Minimum quantities are surprisingly low: From 100 pieces you can choose a custom-made production in standard Lemon & Soda colors and available fabrics. ● From 250 pieces you can have your articles dyed in a PMS color; this can be divided into two models if the minimum is 100 pieces per design. (For example, 150 pieces ‘for him’ and 100 pieces ‘for her’). ●

1 x 1 rib: Type of knitted fabric. The fabric is very stretchy and retains its shape. It is less suitable for screen printing, because of the stretch in the fabric.
Cotton: A natural fiber which is strong, soft and absorbent. Easy to wash and dry. Cotton wrinkles easily, however the fiber has a good heat resistance, so the fabric is suitable for ironing.
Bio wash: Same as enzyme wash.
Bonded micro fleece: Microfleece fabric
Elasthan: A synthetic fiber which is very stretch-

Polyamide: A synthetic fiber which is strong, water repellent, flexible and retains its shape. Wash at maximum 40˚C and iron at low temperature. Polyamide dries very quickly to air, if use of dryer use at low temperature. Polyester: A synthetic fiber which is extremely

Enzyme wash: A finishing process of the garment using organic enzymes to create a washed or aged effect in the fabric. This process is also used to make the surface of the fabric smoother and softer. And it reduces the shrinkage and pilling of the fabric. Flatlock: Type of stitch. It is mainly used for decoration of the garment. Pre-shrunk: Fabric has undergone a treatment to reduce the shrinkage of the fabrics.
Ring-spun cotton: Fine cotton made of only high quality fibers. It makes a soft and strong fabric.
Sand wash: A finishing process in which the garment is washed with sand to soften the fabric.
Sanforizing: Treatment to reduce shrinkage of
fabrics.

WASHING TIPS:
• Always read and follow the care label • Read and follow the instructions on your detergent pack • use the recommended amount • Polar fleece and sweats can best be washed before wearing • Wash inside out • Close zippers before washing • Sort laundry by temperature in care label, 40 ºC, 60 ºC etc. • Wash dark colours separate • Don’t iron on decorations

WASHING & THE ENVIRONMENT
Washing and drying at home, accounts for 75% of the energy used in the lifecycle of a garment, so it is really an area in which you have an impact on the environment. We recommend that for best cleaning you wash your clothes at the temperature shown on the care label. However, in many cases where a garment really only needs to refreshed rather than cleaned it is ok to wash at 30ºC. Natural drying on a line or rack etc will reduce the amount of energy used in the aftercare process. However, it is not always practical, especially with Northern European weather, and therefore many people use tumble driers. As with all domestic machinery buying a dryer that has a good energy rating will help to ensure you are using energy in the most efficient way. Water is a precious commodity. In order to help minimize your usage try the following: • Always wash a full load • Pre-washing is not needed for most garments • If you have a condenser dry, reuse the water – it’s great in irons
