AT TECH: 2013-14 (Sophomore): Bryce competed at four events during the fall totaling 12 rounds... totaled his best scores during his last two events...wrapped up the fall with a top 30 finish and he averaged a round of 73.83 during the fall. 2012-13(Freshman): Kendrick competed in six spring tournaments, playing 16 rounds… wrapped up the season with a top 15 finish at the TSU Big Blue Intercollegiate (Apr. 15-16) after shooting his two lowest scores of the season with a 71+73+70=214 to finish two-under par… led the Golden Eagle squad in average with a 75.26 on the year… named the team’s Most Improved Player and Long Hitter. In Fall 2012: Kendrick made one appearance for the Golden Eagles in the fall, playing three rounds… shot an 82+75+73=230 at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate (Oct. 22-23), tying for 57th. HIGH SCHOOL: Bryce was a four-year captain and letterman on the golf team for coaches Johnny Cox and his father, David Kendrick, at Grace Christian Academy in Knoxville…received MVP honors all four seasons… also lettered four years on the GCA basketball team… named all-region three times in his high school career… earned all-state honors as a senior… placed second in the TSSAA State Tournament with a 36-hole total of four-under par as a senior… earned a fourth place finish in the 2011 PrepXtra Masters. PERSONAL: Son of David and Elizabeth Kendrick… born February 2, 1994… full name is Bryce Jennings Kendrick…teamed with his dad to capture the U.S. Father/Son Championship, where the qualified to play in the World Father/Son Tournament in Spain...majoring in business.
