following tech Covering Tech On Game Day For complete details on covering Tech, please contact the Sports Information office. t MEDIA PASSES: Press credentials for working media and photographers covering Tennessee Tech’s home football games will be handled by Rob Schabert, Sports Information Director. Tennessee Tech follows the guidelines set forth by the NCAA governing the issuance of credentials. Press box credentials will be issued to accredited sports writers of daily and weekly newspaper. Similarly, photo and sideline passes will be issued only to accredited members of the photo media working for newspapers, magazine and televisions stations. All press requests should be made to the TTU sports information office AT LEAST TWO DAYS prior to gameday and will be carefully screened to ensure a professional working atmosphere. Space is limited in the West press box, and seats will be assigned first to members of the media who cover Tech on a regular basis and to opponents’ media. Spouses, dates, pets and minors will not be permitted in the Tucker Stadium press box. All requests for media credentials should be directed to the Tennessee Tech Sports Information Office. You may call (931) 372-3088 or send and email to: sportsinfo@tntech. edu. t SIDELINES CONTROL: Tennessee Tech follows guidelines set forth by the NCAA in sideline control. The NCAA has established a sideline control policy to keep those areas free from congestion. Only those photographers on assignment will be given sideline passes. t PRESS BOX SERVICES: The Tennessee Tech press box is equipped with wireless and hard-wired Internet throughout the first and second levels. A member of the Sports Information staff will be available to answer questions and offer assistance. TTU uses “The Automated Scorebook” for football computerized statistics. Working media will receive a complete play-by-play, final team and individual statistics, drive sharts, quickie stats at the end of each quarter, a game day program, flip card and updated game notes. t PARKING SPACE: Media parking is located in the lot adjacent to Eblen Center, unless special provisions are needed for equipment. Parking passes should be requested with media passes. t BROADCAST BOOTHS: Radio booths and radio phone lines are reserved for Cookeville Communications radio and the officially designated visiting radio station. These booths are located on the upper level of the press box. A television booth is also available. t DRESSING ROOMS: Tennessee Tech occupies the dressing room located beneath the East (opposite side) stands. The visitors’ dressing room is located beneath the West stands. The Tech locker room will not be open after the game, but players and coaches will be escorted to an interview room. t FOOD SERVICES: A pre-game meal will be served on the upper level of the press box beginning approximately one-and-a-half hours before gametime. Soft drinks will be available throughout the game.

Post-Game Interview Room t POST-GAME PRESS CONFERENCE: Coach Watson Brown and selected players will be available to the media in the meeting room in the East Stadium lower level approximately 15 minutes after the game. Quick stats will be provided at the press conference. Complete game stats and play-by-play will be available in the press box approximately 15 minutes after the contest. Please note: Visiting teams will handle their own post-game access to coaches and players, so please check with the visiting sports information representative.
