RIGHT-HANDED PITCHER
ROSS SPURGEON JUNIOR • 6-2 • 210 • R/R COOKEVILLE, TENN. • CLEVELAND STATE CC BEFORE TECH (at Cleveland State CC): Spurgeon will look to add depth and knowledge to the Tech pitching staff for 2013 following two quality years at Cleveland State Community College. HIGH SCHOOL: Spurgeon was a two-year letter winner for Cookeville High School until 2010… voted the team MVP, he also earned Louisville Slugger honorable mention honors, won the Brian Wasik award, and was named Pitcher of the Year for the 6-AAA district. PERSONAL: Ross Fisher Spurgeon is the son of Neal and Heidi Spurgeon. He was born June 22, 1992. Spurgeon is majoring in EXPW/licensure.
