Person Centered Leadership by Pathways Facilitation Services EMPOWERING OTHERS TO PERFORM AT THEIR BEST “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” ~ John Quincy Adams

Great leaders balance their attentions between people, process and performance in order to inspire contributions from individuals and maximize the power of a group to get results. Their success depends as much on the quality of their relationships as on the clarity of vision and tasks to be performed. Person centered leaders are deliberate and purposeful as they foster a culture that sets high expectations for achievement within the context of what matters most to those affected by the work of the team. Person Centered Leadership includes 3 training days and 10 phone coaching sessions, delivered over three months, that explore dimensions of Person Centered Teams* and competencies of a person centered leader. We combine learning, practice, application and coaching to support you as you develop person centered leadership practices. Enrollment is limited to 16 people to ensure individualized attention and support. Person Centered Leadership will engage and inspire you as you learn tips, tools and techniques to apply immediately at work, at home and in the community. Take what you learn today and begin to see change tomorrow. 805.403.5013
