During the 30-Day period every team builder pulls out all the stops and works like a “MADMAN” and builds his or her business…by recruiting and building a massive team of “MADMEN” which in turn do the same. It is a period of time where you work long hours to accomplish BIG results. It is a period of time (30 days) where you work like a “MADMAN” to recruit as many of your friends, associates and relationships into the business. During this time (30 day) building the business is your number one priority. It is 30 days of intense, strategic, focused recruiting. It is 30 days of recruiting, recruiting, recruiting and more recruiting. You eat and sleep recruiting! You in essence become a MADMAN at recruiting! 30-DAY MADMAN CYCLE BLUE PRINTDuplication is the key to successThe key to the success of this program is everyone doing exactly the same thing…at the same time. Our goal is to create team and company momentum. This is not a time to create or recreate but to “duplicate”. Success is dependent upon our ability to follow the MADMAN CYCLE blue print. If we lead our team into other ideas and concepts for building we will not achieve our objectives. We all need to follow the pattern EXACTLY. Blue Print… TARGET MARKET LISTThis is one of the most important parts of the program. A TARGET MARKET LIST is a list of names and contact information of 100 friends. Everyone in your downline (teammates) will need to build this list. We will have conference calls on just how to build a list. This list will need to be compiled before the launch of this program. CONFERENCE CALLSConference calls are critical to the success of this program. During the MADMAN CYCLE there will be “DAILY/NIGHTLY” conference calls. Here is some important information regarding conference callsOn June 8-15 we will be hosting numerous conference calls just to prepare your team for the upcoming MADMAN CYCLE. 7 days of back-to-back conference calls motivating your team to join the program. These calls will FIRE up your team. These calls will train your team and get them ready to RECRUIT, RECRUIT, and RECRUIT! Starting June 5th the company will send out e-mails to the entire company database mobilizing and informing them of the 30-Day MADMAN campaign. For 10 days the company will help you get your teammates ready to work! During the campaign the company will support the campaign through e-mail blast and training. The company and team builders will provide e-mails for you and your teammates to send out to your entire e-mail address book. Not only will we send out recruiting e-mails but we will send out invitations to watch the GT TRENDS movie! During the 30-DAY MADMAN CYCLE we expect to send out 500,000 personal movie invitations. This is a powerful tool! BUSINESS CARD DROPSEach teammate will be encouraged to personally handout a minimum of 5 cards a day. They will also follow-up on each of the five cards. This would mean that each teammate would pass out a minimum of 150 cards during the MADMAN CYCLE. PHONE CALLSWe want everyone from the TARGET MARKET LIST to receive a personal recruiting phone call. The MADMAN CYCLE should generate more than 100,000 personal phone calls in a 30 day period. These calls will invite people to conference calls. Follow-up is the key to the success of this program! THREE WAY CALLSTeam leaders will sponsor three-way recruiting calls. This is a sure way to recruit the unrecruitable! VIP RECEPTIONSVIP Receptions are home meetings for recruiting purposes. Team members will be encouraged to hold receptions in their home to recruit all their relationships. This is the personal approach! It is very successful in building a loyal team base! First class treatment will produce a team of excellence. CHARITY PROGRAMWe expect to recruit 100 churches into the program in the 30-Day period. Pastors and Church leaders will be available on conference calls to help recruit other pastors and Churches into the program.
