木村充伯 1983 年静岡県に生まれる。名古屋造形芸術大学で彫刻を学ぶ。 主に木彫りの彫刻、油絵具の彫刻、ティッシュによる版画作品、ドローイング などを制作している。最近は、木村が「毛が生えるパネル」と呼ぶ、意図 的に毛羽立つように設計されたパネルの表面をチェーンソーで削って哺乳類 の毛を作っている。
Mitsunori Kimura (1983 - ) was born in Shizuoka, Japan. Studied at Nagoya Zokei University of Art & Design. He has created figurative sculpture, ranging from a human carved from camphor wood to a mosquito modeled in oil paints. In addition his works in a wide range of media such as printmaking using tissue paper, drawings. He has recently created mammal’s hair formed with panels, which are called “hair-growing panels” by him and designed to make fine splits of wood grain stand out when the surface is shaved. He has demonstrated in works focusing on something connecting life and death such as ancestors and offsprings, human and other mammals. His work has been exhibited at 'IL DIO DELLE PICCOLE COSE', c u rate d by Pi e r Lu i g i Ta z zi, Ca s a M a s ac c i o i n It a l y, 'M i n i m i contrasti', curated by Claudio Cosma, SENSUS - Luoghi per l’Arte Contemporanea, Italy, at Aomori Contemporary Art Centre, Japan, Seoul Museum of Art in South Korea, and at KENJI TAKI GALLERY, Tok yo, Nagoya, Japan.
