Mental Nord focuses on Nordic storytelling. The screening includes seven short fictions from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. These films are connected by their unique way of mixing the dark shades of life with the light ones. The result is a collection of films, sensitive in their roughness and hilarious in their horridness, investigating the Nordic temperament and the way we see what is around us. Available as DCP from Tampere Film Festival.
