The Holy Spirit was poured out on the Day of Pentecost and the Christian Church was born. The Holy Spirit anoints the Church and individual believers still today. Moravians practice open communion, which means that all who profess Christ as Lord and Savior, regardless of church affiliation, are welcome to partake of the sacrament. The pastor will serve the elements to you in the pew and after all have been served, we will partake together. The Christian Education Committee will meet today at 2:00 p.m. in the Church Library. The church office will be closed tomorrow in observance of Memorial Day. The Building/Construction Committee will meet this Thursday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m. in the Church Library. The Annual Church Yard/Bake Sale will be this Saturday, June 2 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Men’s Fellowship will serve breakfast until 10 a.m. Donations will be received in the Fellowship Hall beginning tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Please remember to silence cell phones and pagers before worship begins. A warm welcome is extended to all who worship at Oak Grove this morning. If you are a visitor, please sign the guest book in the vestibule and fill out a blue visitor’s card and place it in the offering plate. Before the service speak to the Lord; during the service let the Lord speak to you; and after the service speak to one another.

The Oak Grove Band invites everyone to come by the Fellowship Hall after worship next Sunday for a reception honoring Mr. Clark’s 22 years of service as the Band Director. Please stop by with your best wishes. Next Sunday we will recognize high school and college graduates during worship.
