Welcome to Omnia, Presentation of Omnia; Sirje Hassinen, International Co-ordinator, Omnia Tour of the premises in Omnia Kirkkokatu unit Evaluation of project situation - Ave Paasikivi To evaluate the project processes and outcomes two different evaluation has been carried out since last meeting – evaluation of Kaunas meeting and interim on-line evaluation with 26 questions in November 2010 (including management, quality, transnationality and etc). As the result of evaluation of the project it is pleasure to say that everything is going according to activity plan. In 5 points scale the average value which was given was 4,5 points. • •

Outcomes: The materials of seminars to Cocompeuri web-site, this can be used and tested during mobility projects Project acronym: CT Train (Construction Trainers Training) For 2012 Transfer of Innovation, Finland: online dictionary for construction workers Thursday 20th January 2011 Meeting of coordinators: tasks for next period: Lithuania – summary of safety demands – 14th of April 2011 Latvia – summary of materials and tools – 14th of April 2011 Finland – summary of meeting evaluation – 14th of April 2011 Estonia will send the table for differences on methods and technologies – 1 week after Espoo’s meeting 5) All partners should send presentations of Espoo meeting to Ave latest on 23rd of January! (Qualification system overview, common materials and tools used in decorator and masonry work, safety demands and requirements) 6) All partners – Overview about what foreigners have to know and to do to get job in construction field in your country - deadline 23rd of May 2011 7) All partners – translation of final results/analysis/reviews into their native language: list of more required skills (Qualitas analysis and review, Kristi´s presentation), description of competences (KAK analysis and review based on comparison table), job safety demands and work requirements (Kaunas analysis and review), differences in technology and methodology (Barkava analysis and review – based on table of differences+common materials and tools).
