details of the gallery spaces emphasize the experience of the art while the building quietly diffuses light into its interior. This spread RPBW sketches show the pavilion elevation and sctions of the roof and galleries. The tripartite organization of the pavilion’s facade mirrors that of the Kahn building. Concrete provides vertical structure; glass walls, arranged as structural panels, diffuse light within and provide views beyond. The airy roof rests delicately on paired beams below.
