Any part of the exhibit that is over eight (8’) high must have written approval for installation by The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet. No individual public address systems or highly flammable materials will be permitted on the premises. Music or audio-visual sounds must not be audible more than five (5’) feet from booth.

Exhibitors are to remain within the confines of their booth and are not to work in public aisles.

The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind.
