Onion Soup Pork Chops 6 boneless pork chops 2 packs French onion soup mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 cup thinly sliced and peeled apples coated with 1/4 cup brpwm sugar salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 °F. Crack the eggs and beat them set aside. In an another bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, mined garlic, oregano and soup mix. Coat the pork chops, first with the beaten eggs, then with the breadcrumb mixture. Take care to coat both sides. Place pork chops on a baking sheet and surround with apples.Bbake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
