3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeaño
1 - 2 garlic cloves minced
I just love cilantro. I put this sause on tacos, it is great on fish tacos. Burgers are great with this. Did it with tuna salad and added bread and butter pickles. I like it on cold cut sandwiches too. That is why I call it almost anything sauce.
