MCVAA has negotiated a group rate of $159 per night at the Omni Richmond Hotel** for Reunion Weekend. The Omni is located in downtown Richmond at the corner of 12th and Cary streets. Valet parking is available for $20 per night with unlimited ins and outs. Please contact the Omni Hotel at 804344-7000 or 800-843-6664 (1-800-THE-OMNI) and identify yourself as a Reunion attendee to reserve a room. Deadline for Omni reservations (at this reduced rate) is April 2. The hotel suggests making a reservation as soon as possible. Rates are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are for single or double occupancy. Special group rates are not available at the following hotels, but you can book your own reservations:

This 40-minute cruise departs every hour from 12–7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 12–5 p.m. Sunday, should you wish to take it on your own time. Space for many activities is limited, so please register early! You must preregister for all weekend activities unless otherwise specified. (For example, the MCV Motors car show.) Checks should be made payable to the “MCV Alumni Association.” The registration deadline is April 4, 2014. After April 4, if space is still available, a $100 late registration fee will be charged per form. If you need to cancel your reservation, all fees minus $30 will be refunded if you submit your cancellation in writing by April 4.
