Providing services and products that make your swimming pool a worry free and enjoyable experience is our primary goal. If you are not a customer of Superior, we hope that you will consider us for your winterization needs. Shortly we will be completing the winterization service for your swimming pool and/or whirlpool at your home. Upon completion of this service, we shall provide you with a closing report that outlines the details of the pool closing. Please read the report thoroughly as there may be repair items noted that will require your attention. The day after the pool closing, please turn off electrical circuit breakers that power your pool pumps and/or cabana areas; turn off any outdoor fresh water hose bibs and drain them. Finally please ensure that your fence is secure and all gates leading to your swimming pool are locked for the season. You may also want to empty any outdoor refrigerators, too! If your pool requires repairs or upgrades; you don’t need to put it off until next spring. Most repair or upgrade services including new liners, coping work, marbelite work, patio decking including flagstone, interlock stones and concrete can be performed by our construction team this fall. Ask us about our off-season service and repair discounts, where you can save up to 15% off regular pricing. Take advantage of these lower costs today and start next season off with a clean start. Never take your eyes off of swimmers in the pool – even for moment! If you’re in a group, appoint one designated “pool supervisor” to watch the pool. While supervising, stay alert and avoid distractions like reading or the telephone. Don’t rely on water wings or other inflatable toys. Pool toys are not a substitute for adult supervision. PFDs may be used to provide additional support to non-swimmers. Stay within arms reach of anyone who can’t swim. Teach children to swim. Swimming lessons can help prepare your children for an unexpected fall into water. Lessons are available for children as young as 3 months old. Teach children the Swim to Survive standard – roll into deep water, tread water for 1 minute, swim 50 metres. Know how to call 911 in case of an emergency. Keep an emergency phone on the pool deck when the pool is in use. Keep gates to the pool area latched at all times. Ensure lifesaving equipment is by the pool and in good working condition. Remove pool toys from the pool when the pool is not in use. Children can easily fall into the water when reaching for these toys from the pool deck. Alcohol and swimming do not mix. Never allow swimmers into the pool when they have consumed alcohol.

Become an Executive Plan Customer Maintaining your own pool can be difficult and time consuming! Why not consider becoming an Executive Plan Customer? Weekly maintenance service contracts are tailored and are priced based upon the needs and specifics for your swimming pool and or spa. As an Executive Plan Customer we do it all which includes a complete pool opening service*, including heater cleaning and heater starting, initial vacuum service and start up and closing chemicals, weekly maintenance and complete pool closing service. Maintenance is preformed (1) time per week by our trained technicians who will do all the heavy lifting Including weekly vacuuming, brushing, boarder tile cleaning and full chemical testing and balance. Executive Plan Customers can also upgrade their service to include pool and spa chemicals with this package.
