individuals. Aikido promotes self-defense, flexibility, strength building and coordination. This course is taught by Keith Pray and Suzanne Rancourt. They will teach the course in accordance with the United States Aikido Federation. Mr. Pray is a 3rd degree blackbelt with 16 years of teaching and training experience. Ms. Rancourt is a 2nd degree black belt and a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. She has 14 years of teaching and training experience.

Let loose and feel the music! Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, caolorie-burning, dance fitness party that will get you in shape before you know it. No experience is necessary. Students are asked to please wear sneakers and bring a water bottle. This course is taught by Nancie Sohoski-Stella, a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor.

Never thought you could do yoga? Try this 4-week introductory class on Adaptive Yoga basics. Traditional yoga poses done with the aid of a chair. No getting up and down off the floor. Learn how to move your body. We’ll work on breathing, balance, coordination and stretching. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, if you have one, for under your chair and a bottle of water. If you’ve never done yoga before or if you have physical limitations, this class is for you. Come feed your mind, body and soul. Everyone is welcome. This course is taught by Lynn Trudell, a certified chair yoga instructor. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher in Shinpiden and is the owner of Live Simple: Mind, Body & Soul in Scotia.
