Mon – Thurs, Jul 7 – 17 (Overnight)

The Summer Institute for Academics and Leadership at Saint Louis University is an exciting opportunity for accelerated learners that focuses on academic core classes (majors), elective learning (minors) and leadership training based on Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This summer residential experience is for students entering the 7th or 8th grade to gain knowledge, acquire leadership skills and have fun on the beautiful SLU campus. All classes will be advanced and majors will focus on literacy, math, science and leadership. In addition, students will be able to choose two minors. Some of the minors offered will be robotics, debate, mock trial, art (including stained glass creation) and archeology. The twoweek institute will include four majors, two minors and two field trips to museums, etc. Students may stay over the weekend of July 12 – 13 for an upcharge and will take field trips to local St. Louis attractions. The class sizes will be small but the learning will be big, so register now due to limited space!
