MAPLE BREAKFAST STOUT

UNIFIED PRESS

SUNDOG DOUBLE IPA

CAMP WANNAMANGO

Brewed with pure Vermont maple syrup, our Maple Breakfast Stout combines all of the elements that make winter mornings in Vermont so unique. This stout pours a very dark brown to black, with a medium head of off-white to tan foam. The aroma is of roasted coffee first, followed by chocolate. The flavor is smooth and slightly roasty, with definite chocolate flavors in the middle and end. Some slight sweetness from the maple syrup pervades the roasty flavor, reminding the patron that it was crafted in “Maple City USA.” Brewed with local maple syrup from St. Albans, honey from French Hill Apiary in St. Albans, Green Mountain Coffee, and toasted oats; this beer is wonderfully complex, smooth, and will compliment many dishes – notably steak, spicy foods, BBQ, and Mexican. It also pairs exceptionally well with chocolate desserts and donuts! ABV 6.8% IBU 20 TRIBUTE DOUBLE IPA

Our Tribute Double IPA is a celebration of hops, pure and simple. A simple and smooth malt base serves as the stage for the hops to perform. Tribute has a beautiful golden color, an aroma brimming with citrusy hops, and a deliciously smooth hop flavor and dry finish. ABV 8.4% IBU 65

BURLINGTON BEER COMPANY Burlington, VT LIGHT IN THE WINDOW

Formally called “Northeast Cascade,” this cider is a tribute to the heritage of hop farming in the Northeast, and a vote of confidence for the return of this once prevalent and mighty crop. Citizen Cider is working with the many good growers in the region to craft this cider, made entirely with apples and hops from the same landscape, and in some cases the same farms. ABV 6.2%

Brattleboro is a nexus for culture and travelers in Southern Vermont, and served as the inspiration for this beer. We blend in local cider apples and a mix of barrel aged vintages to bring you a delicate, but complex pale ale with a bone dry, tart finish. ABV 5.2% ALIGHT #2
