prevented by member consumers including lawyers, academe, church, former board members and some party list groups. In the latest incident, the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) and its local partner ComsTec is all set to take over the management and control
calling itself Blood Kreeps. Gonda said that Blood Kreeps has a lot of members at Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (Mogchs) and Cagayan de Oro National High School. Gonda said they are monitoring this group in particular, since they have received reports that one of
