Chicken poses the question and here is the answer. A short book of hand-made postcards with a birdie/philosophical theme. The postcards were all made by me, stripygoose, between March 1st 2012 and March 1st 2013 as part of the mailart 365 challenge: to make a piece of mailart everday for a year. What’s mailart? Mailart is a democratic, non-commercial way for artists (and those who might not describe themselves primarily as artists, like me) to share their artwork in the post/mail. It emerged in part as a reaction against the commercialisation of the art-world and is strongly based on an inclusive and democratic philosophy. So, these cards have been or will be sent in the post.
