What is/is not covered by health insurance? I have to do a paper for my English class, and I have to explain why l believe what health problems, tests, procedures, etc. should or shouldn't insurance companies pay for. I was thinking about doing my paper either on cancer treatment or test to check for cancers. Iv found that health insurance only covers part of the cancer treatment process, but I cannot find what percentage is covered.
