he Association serves as the Voice of the Building Industry to provide Affordable, Quality Housing and Home Ownership by supporting our Members and the Community.

GMB - Graduate Master Builder; CGB - Certified Graduate Builder; CGR - Certified Graduate Remodeler; CAPS - Certified Aging in Place Specialist; CGA - Certified Graduate Associate; CGP - Certified Green Professional; MCGP - Master Certified Green Professional. Answer: These are opportunities to enhance knowledge of the industry. The prerequisite BAR (for builder) and PREP (for remodeler) exams will be given throughout the year. If you are interested in taking these tests locally, call the office and a session will be set up. First establish what you know about the industry, and then take the courses you need to accomplish your goals.
