Agriturismo I Mandorli
È un antico borghetto, appena sopra l’ulivo secolare di Sant’Emiliano e sulle colline di Trevi, il cuore di questa azienda agricola. Le proprietarie sono tenaci donne, tre sorelle che accolgono nel loro mondo quanti vogliono godere di un’esperienza di pace, buon cibo e semplicità. La vocazione è prevalentemente olivicola. La cura degli ulivi, infatti, è da secoli tradizione di famiglia come testimonia un antico frantoio della fine del Seicento, unico nel suo genere. Ma “diversificare” è la parola d’ordine. Allora qui non manca un piccolo gioiello di agriturismo, “I Mandorli”, una fattoria didattica e un agriasilo, per tenere adulti e bambini a contatto con la natura anche con prodotti e piatti genuini.

“I Mandorli” Farmhouse Inn. This tiny ancient village is located just above the centuries-old St. Emiliano olive tree and on the hills of Trevi, the heart of this farm. The owners are tenacious women, three sisters who welcome visitors looking to enjoy a peaceful reprieve, fine food and simplicity. Their main vocation is olive growing. In fact, the care of olive trees has been the family’s trade for centuries, as attested to by the antique oil mill from the late 1600’s, the only one of its kind. But “diversification” is definitely the key word here. “I Mandorli” farmhouse inn is a small jewel that operates as an educational farm and sort of farm nursery school, bringing both adults and children in contact with nature while offering genuine products and dishes. 61
