Two new courses have been established. The Product and Sales Training Course, gives attendees detailed knowledge about the Amtico product portfolio and teaches them valuable sales techniques. The course also includes an in depth review of the features and benefits of Amtico flooring, a unique insight into product development, a practical introductory session on installation and an overview of the marketing literature, display units and support available. A tour of the Coventry manufacturing site is also included. The Flooring Installation Course covers skills, new tools and up to date techniques in the installation of Amtico International products. Aimed at fitters and floor layers, the course enables attendees to lay products efficiently, to a high standard and with confidence. The new training centre boasts ten fitting bays and two demonstration areas and the course covers all aspects of installation including sub-floor identification and preparation, levelling compounds, adhesive selection and hands on installation including designs and layouts.
