ABOUT STEFY LINE Stefy Line was established in 1988 as a manufacturer of bags and straps for musical instruments. The aim of the two funders, Stefano Pizzichini and Laura Ercoli, is to design and manufacture high quality products with great attention to details and cater to the needs of musicians. Our wide sales network is supported by 13 highly professional salespersons spread throughout Italy.
Our marketing experience, vast sales network and well rooted presence in Italy have contributed to provide our customers and musicians excellent service. Four years ago we created a second division in the company: STEFY LINE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK thanks to which our range of products has increased with the addition of many valuable and well-known brands.

STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY Stefy Line supplies 950 shops throughout Italy. Our salespersons are personally managed by Stefano Pizzichini, general manager. The production line of Stefy Line Bags and Straps is divided as follows: - Workshops based in Italy - Factories based in China that we have personally chosen.

The strong business relationship with musical magazines and our endorsee musicians is the key to our success.
Marketing campaigns We carry out testing which are published in musical magazines and our web site. We also organize musical clinics and demos at the shops we collaborate with in order to promote our brands. QUALITY CONTROL - POST SALE SERVICE Instruments QC is carefully carried out before shipping to make sure instruments leave the warehouse in perfect working order. There is also a post sale service in order to provide our customers with a complete and professional service. Returns are handled by a skilled repair service in case of major defects. Minor problems are supported by a technical network throughout Italy.
