At St. Charles Community College, you’ll receive the highest quality in music education. Our instructors hold master’s or doctoral degrees, have extensive teaching experience and are active performers locally, nationally and internationally. Individual lessons are offered days, evenings and Saturdays in voice, piano, guitar and all orchestral instruments at all levels, from beginners through advanced. Students may receive one 30-minute lesson each week; or for more advanced students, 60-minute lessons are also available. Lesson day and time is scheduled on an individual basis at the convenience of the student and teacher. Private lessons offered in eight-week sessions for students, middle-school age to adults. Minimum 24-hour notice required for emergency lesson cancellations.
Jazz Band
Instrumental (Music) Private Lessons
A performance course where students study through rehearsals, culminating in a public performance. Enrollment in Concert Band is helpful. Must provide your own instrument.
This is a private instrumental lesson. Half-hour lessons will be offered in an 8-week session with an optional recital. Eligible persons are middle school to adult. Lesson times are arranged between instructor and student.
