My Best Friend My grandpa lived in a little house It was on a hill He had no spouse He was rather ill His name was Dave He made me behave I showed him my cards He told me of his cars Very nice vehicles We used to eat popsicles We trapped animals Sent raccoons to a farm Where they show no harm We were best friends like dumb and dumber But it came to an end I remember his laugh As well as his smile At the funeral I walked the aisle It was so hard it felt like a mile I said my goodbye I started to cry I will never forget The times that we had Peyton Rhodes 8th Grade, Massillon Junior High
