2013 Youth Poetry Contest Perception: From Me There he is The really funny kid, Loves to have fun, Just like a normal boy, Yet he’s not normal, He is special, He is his own person. He thinks he’s weak, But yet, he is strong, He can never break. He is nice, Never the mean, He can always help. Stream Life is like a stream flowing down the rocky river bay with the main objective to go forward. Only there are large rocks blocking the stream, creating ripples, letting only a minimum amount of water through. Letting the rest waste away. Desperately waiting to dry up. stream So young children don’t be blinded by the light. be prepared for what really is.
