PAYING CAMP FEES

Payment by Credit Card

To ensure accuracy, payment via the online system is not automatic. After you submit your information, it is first reviewed by the Camp Office. Once reviewed, your application will be verified.

We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, and AMEX.

Payment can be processed in two ways:

OPTION 1

► one full payment paid at the time of registration (includes the non-refundable deposit)

OPTION 2

► two installments: 1) Payment of the non-refundable deposit ($100 per week, per camper) paid at the time of registration 2) Payment of remaining balance (via automatic post-dated withdrawal) paid on May 24, 2023

For registrations after May 24, 2023, full payment is required on the date of registration.

We do not accept cash or cheques.

After Registering

1. Within ten business days of processing, you will be sent a confirmation email for your registration.

2. When a program is full, you are able to select the waitlist option. If a spot opens up, you will receive an email from the camp office notifying you, and you will be given 48 hours to claim your camper’s spot.

3. Grouping request forms can be submitted by email to summercamp@sac.on.ca. Grouping request forms can be found on our website. All grouping requests must be submitted before June 1, 2023.

4. In June, you will receive a copy of our Parent Guide, which will contain all the information needed to prepare for your camper’s time at camp.
