UNITAS: OUR STORY Experts in repairs and maintenance, here at Unitas we can take away the stress and work from your company projects. Launched in 2018, we have an excellent reputation in the local area for providing quality works in a variety of different fields. It is this reputation that has allowed Unitas to complete some major local projects in the Stoke-on-Trent area, ranging from a Covid Vaccination Centre in Tunstall to a Garden of Remembrance at Chatterley Whitfield. Through hard work and a dedicated workforce, we are able to provide a range of services to a diverse range of businesses including NHS, Emma Bridgewater and Regent Theatre. Our extensive knowledge and experience means we are on hand to offer a wide range of services.

Our Quantity Surveyors are able to assess a project and provide quotes for the work. With a large workforce and an extensive network of suppliers, you can be confident in the knowledge that all projects will be delivered to a high standard in a timely manner. Electrical: Unitas is a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting. All Unitas electrical technicians possess the relevant 2391 electrical testing qualifications and are all trained to BS 7671:2018, 18th Edition (2018). Services include: • PAT Testing • Eco-lighting installation • Electrical servicing • Emergency light testing
Gas: Unitas has an exceptional gas team, who put safety of the community first in everything they do. Our dedicated team travel to projects using our new fleet of hybrid vehicles. Services include: • Gas servicing, soundness testing and safety inspections • Gas installations • Servicing, maintenance and installation of gas equipment • Biomass maintenance and annual testing
Fire Safety: Unitas has led the way in the approach to passive fire protection and fire suppression systems in the council’s stock, and strives to continually improve properties so residents remain safe in their homes. REDUCING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBLY
During 2021, Unitas took delivery of a fleet of self-charging hybrid vehicles which help our gas technicians carry out their work, as well as saving fuel costs and energy consumption from the much larger vans they used previously. The introduction of the hybrid vehicles is a step into a more sustainable approach that Unitas is committed to.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a huge deal here at Unitas. Our local communities are at the heart of everything we do, we believe that it is as much about providing a first-class service to our customers as it is investing back into our local community. With community in mind, we carry out routine maintenance and required repairs to charities across the city and beyond.
