Bidding on Silent Auction Items You may place your bids on Silent Auction items until each of the Silent Auctions are closed: • SILENT AUCTION 1 - closes at 7:45 PM • SILENT AUCTION 2 - closes at 8:00 PM Bid on any Silent Auction item by placing your bidder number on the bid form. Check your favorites often to be sure you’re a winner! Making the maximum bid on any item insures that you win the item!
Bidding on Live Auction Items Live auction items are on display throughout the evening. To bid during the Live Auction, raise your Bidder Number (printed on the back of this program book) high in the air for the Auctioneer or one of the spotters to see. The Auction action can be fast and furious; make note of your favorite items and get ready for the fun!

Paying For and Claiming Your Items Items may be paid for and claimed at the Cashier at approx. 8:30 PM. Cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa accepted as payment for items. Auction items purchased are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations for charitable gifts. Only the difference between the fair market value of the items and the final purchase price qualifies as a charitable gift. Catalog descriptions are for your convenience only. Come in to the Chipotle at 1930 N Bechtle Ave Ste B in Springfield on Thursday, May 4th between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you’re supporting the cause to make sure that 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Springfield Arts Council Youth Arts Ambassadors.
If placing an order online during your fundraiser, please note you must choose the pay in-store option and inform our cashier of your participation before paying. Gift card purchases during fundraisers do not count towards total donated sales, but purchases made with an existing gift card will count.
