Challenging Schedule

2010 Roster

Coach Michael Bowen, with help from New Hanover’s David Henry, has put together one of the toughest schedules in school history. The Vikings played four teams that were coming off state championships and finished with a 3-1 record. Hoggard passed the first two challenges, defeating four-time 3A South Carolina champs Myrtle Beach 8-1 in the first match of the season and also beat two-time NCISAA champs Cape Fear Academy 5-1. The Vikings fell to defending 4A champs Millbrook 6-3, but rebounded for a 7-2 win over four-time defending 2A champion Cardinal Gibbons.
