SPORTS MARKETPLACE Aisles in the exhibit hall are designated with numbered signage to help attendees find their way. Professionally produced and prominently displayed, these full-color and double-sided signs are visible throughout the exhibit hall. Aisle signs will be designed and produced by the NASC and will include the sponsor logo. The appointment countdown clock is used to help facilitate prompt transitions between appointments and to gently remind attendees and exhibitors that their pre-scheduled appointment has come to an end. NEW MEMBER NETWORKING The NASC Mentoring and Engagement committee hosts several activities throughout the week. EVENT OWNER TRAVEL Sports event owners may apply for travel assistance to attend the Symposium. Qualified sports event owners receive airfare, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. Sponsorship of event owner travel provides exclusive access to this key attendee category and includes name recognition on travel assistance event owner registration form and logo recognition on ground transportation and in-room signage.

EXHIBITORS AND PREFERRED PARTNERS Industry partners can enhance their brand by becoming Exhibitors. Membership is required to exhibit at the Symposium. The Symposium offers exhibitors the chance to directly connect with your target audience, which is the longest running reverse tradeshow in the sports tourism industry, through a fully integrated marketing and promotional platform designed to help achieve specific business objectives and produce measurable results. No other programming is scheduled during NASC Sports Marketplace hours, so exhibitors will experience high traffic in addition to pre-scheduled appointments during dedicated tradeshow hours. For an additional investment, partners who want extra exposure to sports destinations and sports event owners can become preferred partners to showcase their products and services.
