The new gym with high-quality machines of the brand „Technogym“ and a size of 150 m2 offers the best conditions to improve condition and strength. Equipped with a cardio area, a lifting area with machines and free weights, a cross fit rack and TRX nothing is missing for an efficient workout. Our coaches welcome you and prepare your individual workout plan for your holidays. Additionally you have free access to our gym lessons with: aqua gym, stomach legs butt workout, back therapy training or circuit training. The Sports and Reha DMA offers therapeutic treatments and massages. Our guests can book them directly in the Hotel.
WELLNESS
Relax and stress out in our wellness department. Finnish sauna and biological Tyrolean sauna with fresh herbs from the mountains, steam bath and infrared cabin are free for use. All water lovers can jump into our indoor and outdoor swimming pool and relax in the Jacuzzi. Dreamer and bookworms can calm down and chill out in the rest rooms.
ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM Take part in our gym lessons, which are held by our accomplished coaches. The entire year we offer back therapy training for a healthy posture, circuit training to stimulate the metabolism-circulation system, belly-leg-bottom exercises for a trained body and aqua gym for stabilisation of the whole musculature and a contemporaneous bone and hinge protection. Depending on the season we expand our program with ice skating, snow-shoeing, mountain biking, excursions in the mountains, rafting, jogging and gymnastic outside.
