Additonal Services Home Visitor Program

ECFE provides home visits for families with children age birth to kindergarten enrollment. For parents, ECFE Home Visitors offer developmental information and referrals to community resources. For children, Home Visitors provide age-appropriate learning activities, supporting growth in the four developmental domains: cognitive, social/emotional, language and physical/motor. Home visits are for families who need one-on-one interaction time, may have physical limitations or may not feel comfortable in a group setting. A home visitor can come to your home for one hour per week or every other week. To find out more information about the Home Visitor Program, please call 651-793-5410.

The sliding fee scale above lists recommended fees; no family will be excluded because of an inability to pay. Classes run the entire school year unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel classes with too few participants. All adult participants must have a child age birth to kindergarten. Fees are collected in fall and winter for first and second semesters, respectively. Refunds can be made through the third week of class. Participants may make tax-deductible donations to sponsor other participating families.

30% of enrollment spaces in every class are reserved for new participants. Due to limited resources, enrollment priority is given to children and their parents or legal guardians. Each parent/guardian may participate in only one parent/child class per semester. Preference is given to families residing in Saint Paul. If space is available after the third week of class, families residing outside Saint Paul may enroll for an additional 10% surcharge. Families enrolled first semester will be given priority to register for second semester. Families who enroll and do not attend for three consecutive classes without notifying staff will forfeit their place in class to other families on the waiting list.

Fill out entire form COMPLETELY and mail to: 1845 Sheridan Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55116. DO NOT include any additional forms or payment.
