BYOB Cocktail Emporium When you run out of bitters, this spot has you covered. We used their walnut bitters in an ice cream dessert at Richmond Station once. You can also buy a cocktail shaker and martini glasses for your home bar here. Quand je manque d’amers, je trouve mon bonheur ici. Tap Phong Trading Co. This place is like a Chinese supermarket, but for cookware and dinnerware. You’ll find bamboo skewers, cutlery, cups, plates or pans for sautéing. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, give them a week and they’ll find it. They supplied a lot of what we n eeded when Richmond Station opened. Ce magasin est un genre de supermarché chinois spécialisé en articles de cuisine et vaisselle. Brochettes de bambou, couteaux, tasses, assiettes et sauteuses, tout y est. Sinon, on vous commande ce qui n’est pas en rayon et vous l’avez en une semaine. Grossman’s Tavern This place has been around for decades – my father may even have come here when he was a teenager. There’s a pool table, cheap beer by the pitcher and live jazz every Sunday. Last time I was here, everyone was up dancing – it was a really good time. C’est une institution ; mon père aurait pu la fréquenter quand il était ado. Il y a une table de billard, des pichets de bière peu chers et des spectacles de jazz le dimanche. La dernière fois que j’y suis allé, tout le monde dansait.
