STRATEGIC PLAN 2023
In 2023, new 10-year, long-term, strategic goals were identified as (1) Curriculum/ Scope; (2) Campus Master Plan: Safety/Future Renovations; and (3) Revenue Strategy. These goals will be broken into 3-5-year objectives.
Committees were formed to develop the next steps for the 1st year of the plan. The objectives for FY 2023-24 are:

Review emerging trends for potential addition to curricular content.
Objective 2
Enhance and maintain efficient delivery of curricular content.
Objective 3
Ensure continued quality performance on National Boards testing.
Objective 4
Identify and implement best practices for healthcare delivery (communication, DE&I, service, patientcentric, other public health concerns).
