Remember?” “Yeah, right.” “I don’t know what you expect me to say.” “I understand the go-to response is something along the lines, ‘Don’t worry sweetie, we’ll do it another time’ or, ‘It’s not your fault, it’s mine’”. “Whatever.” Jerry launched a kick at the coffee table. Luanne’s second favorite lamp crashed to the floor and broke. Neither of them made any effort to pick up the pieces. “Way to go, Jerry. Real mature.” “That’s me all over. Mr. Mature.” “Break a few more things, why don’t you? Or take a swipe at me. Maybe you’ll be able to get it on then.” “Spoken like a true whore.”
