YOUR HALLOWEEN BINGO MENU Hello and welcome to the BingoHall blog! With Halloween just a few days away, are you having a hard time deciding what special food dishes to make for your friends and family? Well, apart from our top bingo offers, we believe that the perfect Halloween menu should contain at least one of the following recipes:

TRANSYLVANIA CHILI To make the special Transylvania Chili you’ll need 2 cans of chili beans, a pound of pork sausage, a large can of crushed tomatoes, a small pack of chili seasoning mix, a chopped large onion, about 3 cups of water, a dozen round blue tortilla chips and a dozen triangular tortilla chips. Oh and a couple of tablespoons of sugar as well! Start by cooking the sausage and onion in a Dutch oven, over medium heat, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Break up the sausage into crumbles and drain. Then just add the chilies, tomatoes, beans, water, sugar and seasoning mix, and bring everything to a boil. Finally, reduce the heat, cover the pot and let your food simmer for about 20 minutes, while also stirring frequently. To serve, poor the appropriate portion in a bowl and place 2 halves of a round blue tortilla chip on top of it, along with a vertically placed triangular chip. It will make it look like your special Halloween food has a witch’s hat on top. Enjoy this delicious dish with your family and friends, or while benefiting from our amazing Halloween bingo offers.

HELL-OWEEN BROWNIES And now, let’s get to dessert! You’ll need a bit under a cup of flour, a cup and a half of sugar, teaspoon and a half of vanilla extract, 3 quarters of a cup of melted butter, 3 eggs, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a cup of baking cocoa, about 16 ounces of vanilla frosting, a quarter teaspoon of salt, some orange paste food coloring, the very important black and green decorating gel and, if you want to go the extra mile, milk chocolate M&M’s and some candy corn. The recipe is going to take about 40-50 minutes to make, so make sure you check our website for the latest bingo offers first! Start the proceedings by beating the butter, vanilla and sugar in a large bowl until the resulting paste is completely homogenous. Then create a mixture of the flour, salt, baking powder and soda, and gradually add it to the paste. Make sure you mix continuously while adding to the mixture! Grease your baking pan, line it with waxed paper, and then grease that one as well! Place the batter in the pan and spread it as evenly as possible. Bake it for about 20 minutes at 350° and cool on a wire rack. Finally, separate the food from the pan by running a knife around the edge of the latter and place the former, paper side up, on a work surface. Remove the paper and use a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter to get your perfect brownies. Finally, add the orange food coloring to the frosting and frost your brownies. The green gel will help you get the stems, while the M&M’s, candy corn and black gel can help you make Jack-O-Lantern faces.
