INGREDIENTS 200g dark chocolate 330g chilled heavy cream 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


PREPARATION ď‚– Take the chocolate.

Chop the chocolate in small pieces.


Put the heavy cream and the sugar in a bowl.

ď‚– Beat it with a mixer on high speed and add the vanilla extract.


ď‚– Melt the chocolate.

Add the melted chocolate in the mixture.


Mix them together and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.


Serve it in a glass.


Decorate it with colourful sweet smarties.
