OU Responsibilities
• Oversaw areas of allied industry, sponsorship, advertising and trade shows, generating more than $3 million annually for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, the trade organization representing more than one million beef producers.
• Oversees football operations by working directly with OU’s strength, sports medicine, football video, equipment, field maintenance and secretarial staffs.
• Created Kansas State’s Corporate Partner Program and secured $3.4 million in advertising revenues to install a Sony JumboTron and three other scoreboards in KSU stadium.

• Coordinated the annual fund-raising plan for the Mike Ahearn Scholarship Fund, increased the number of Catbacker Clubs from eight to 34, and established and managed the Ahearn Fund Board of Directors, the Kansas State Sports Hall of Fame, and the Golden Cats football support group.
• Serves as liaison with media relations, athletic administration, marketing, development, academic student life, game day operations and the business office, as well as FCA, the Touchdown Club, the OU Football Lettermen’s Association, and Sooner Sports Properties. • Coordinates all of OU’s travel arrangements, including Big 12 Championship and bowl games. • Works closely with Coach Stoops in coordinating community affairs, including the OU Football/FCA Holiday Food Drive and the Partners for Youth Football Clinic. • Co-coordinator of the OU Football Camp and OU Football Coaches Clinic.
