Over the past 14 years, ESPN’s popular College Gameday production has broadcast on site from 27 of Oklahoma’s games. That’s an average of just under two games per season. Sooner football is one of the most popular subjects for Sports Illustrated with 31 cover appearances. Since 2000, Oklahoma players have appeared on the cover of SI 10 times.

The Sooners have played in front of 92 consecutive sellout crowds at Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, including every home game of Coach Bob Stoops’ tenure.

Over the past 14 seasons, nearly 98 percent of Oklahoma’s games have been televised live (170 of 174 games). In fact, 151 consecutive OU games have been on TV.
