Same high-end quality as Authentic Cloisonné except with synthetic resin fill allowing for PMS color match. Perfect when requirements call for Cloisonné quality and exact color matching. Die struck and hand polished to a smooth finish. Colors separated by thin metal lines.
Die Struck Soft Enamel features colors separated by thin metal lines with PMS matched color fill. Color is recessed to create a multidimensional look. Etched Soft Enamel features colors which are slightly recessed for reproduction of fine details. If a smooth surface is desired, an epoxy coating is available at no extra cost. Add a velvet jewelry box to add prestige to the presentation.
AUTHENTIC CLOISONNÉ The recesses of a die-struck metal base are filled with powdered glass pigments and then fired at extremely high temperatures. Color selection is limited to high quality jewel like AOKI colors. This technique offers a high perceived value and is recommended for that very special collectible. Colors separated by thin metal lines.

LAPEL PINS SANDBLAST
PRINTED
When a fine jewelry appearance is desired, add a two tone look using a recessed sandblast finish. High end quality provides for brilliant highlights while still maintaining a subtle elegant appearance. Pins are die struck and soft or hard enamel color fill can be added to accentuate certain details or text. Embellish the pins by adding semi-precious stones.
Printed pins are the perfect solution when a design has either color gradients or it is not possible to “trap” each color with a metal outline. Screen printed pins have distinct PMS color values that are applied directly to a metal base. Offset printed pins allow for gradients and are also used for photo reproduction. A “match proof” is required for offset print pins to ensure color matching. An epoxy dome or lacquer coating is added to protect printed pins.
ALLOY INJECTED SPIN CAST Casting offers the most precision for die cuts, detailed custom shapes and three dimensional molding. Various platings and color fill can be used to achieve the perfect look.

MEDALLIONS ďš˝ MEDALS Medallions are the ultimate method of recognition and remembrance. High quality designs can be die struck, printed, pewter or alloy injected. Medals can be single or double sided and 2D or 3D effects are available. Add a pin backing to the ribbon so medals can be attached to a uniform. Choose the full neck ribbon for larger medals so that they can be worn around the neck.

COINS Coins have been used for centuries as collectible awards as well as currency. Commemorative coins are issued to commemorate some particular event or issue. Challenge coins bear an organization’s insignia or emblem and are given to challenge members and to enhance morale. Coins can be made in various metals and numerous techniques. PROOF COINS Historically made for checking the dies and for archival purposes, proof coins are now presented as gifts or awards, perfect for executives, sponsors and donors. Modern technology allows the high points on the coin design to be acid treated. The background design of the coin die is polished, resulting in a mirror-like look on the coin it strikes. This gives the finished coin a frosted look on the raised parts of the design, with a mirror like finish on the background. This contrasting finish is often called “cameo�. 8
DOG TAGS Although dog tags have been around for over a century, they are now a fun and popular product to help you get your message across. Dog tags lend themselves to dozens of techniques and any artwork and can even be made printed or in silicone. We supply everything from the standard military type dog tags to functional bottle opener style. Dog tags come with a standard beaded chain, but consider up-selling with a keychain attachment or faux leather cord. Add a silicone “silencer� wrap for a colorful addition.

PATCHES & APPLIQUES We offer the finest quality embroidered patches with the option of high stitch counts. Patches are embroidered on a twill backing. For less expensive patches the backing is used as one of the colors in a design and left unembroidered. More substantial patches are 100% embroidered and exude a higher quality appearance. Offset print on fabric can create unique photo replication patches. Choose from the option of iron-on backing or no backing for customers who prefer to sew their patches on.
