Thank you Patriot Guard Riders for sharing your amazing stories and mementos from your Vietnam War service with the students of Chaffey College. Programming related to this year's college book, The Things They Carried, continue over the next 2 weeks in the Wignall Museum.
The Things They Carried exhibit serves as a visual companion to illustrate the narrative with fine art, photography and veterans that lived the stories in the novel. This exhibit provides a deeper understanding of the experience, sacrifice and historical significance of what these soldiers carried physically and emotionally during the Vietnam War.
