The Best Way of Preparing Stir-Fried Noodles With Pork Whether you are throwing an interesting party for your friends and close relatives or you just want to serve something really tasty to your loved ones, you can always rely on noodles. Though it is believed that noodle dishes are introduced to the world by the Asian countries such as China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand etc., but today noodles dominate the kitchens and fast-food restaurants across the world. Considering the fact that you can add an array of fresh veggies and meats into a noodle dish, it naturally becomes tasty and healthy. A-Sha Dry Noodles can be prepared with things like shrimp, beef, and chicken etc. In addition to that, you can also use a variety of interesting veggies such as carrot, beans, cabbage, and broccoli etc. You Need Following Ingredients To Serve Four People 1 packagae of your favorite A-Sha Noodles 1 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage 1 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli 1 cup julienned carrots 450g boneless pork ribs 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 tablespoon cooking oil 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger 3 finely chopped garlic cloves 4 finely sliced scallions( make sure to chop the green part separately) 1 teaspoon chili paste 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds for garnishing Ingredients For Sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons oyster sauce 3 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons sugar 1 table sesame oil 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoon rice wine

Cooking Instruction 1. It’s extremely simple to prepare this dish and the first thing that you

have to do is boil the noodles as per the instructions in the packet. Remember, even if you use A-Sha Dry Noodles you have to apply the same formula. In other words, it’s important to follow the instructions provided in the noodle pack if you want to boil the noodles perfectly


2. Make sure that you keep stirring the noodles while you boil them

and drain them once they have been cooked. Set them aside. 3. After that, take the pork and cut it into thin slices. Make sure that the pork slices are at least 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide, to achieve that perfect texture and taste. 4. Take a medium sized bowl and blend 1 cup of water with baking soda. Stir the mixture effectively. 5. Add the pork slices into the mixture and stir the whole thing effectively. Make sure that the pork slices are properly coated with the mixture and then keep them aside for at least for 15 minutes. 6. Take a large bowl and add all the important sauce ingredients in it such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, rice wine, and fish sauce etc., 7. After that, take pork slices (that you have soaked in the mixture created with baking soda and water) and drain them well. You then need to rinse the pork slices. Then take paper napkins to dry the pork slices. 8. Take a bowl and add pork in it and then add freshly made sauce in it. Mix in such a fashion that pork slices are properly coated with the sauce. Make sure that you add only 2 tablespoons of sauce in pork. 9. After that, take a skillet, add one tablespoon of cooking oil in it and heat it over medium flames. Once the smoke starts coming out from the oil, add pork slices in it and cook until they become nicely crisp and brown. Make sure that each side of pork slices is effectively cooked. Then shift them to a plate. 10. After shifting the pork to a plate, you can use the same skillet to stir fry all your veggies. All you have to do is, add oil in the skillet and then added finely chopped ginger and garlic in it. Once they become golden brown, add the veggies one by one in the skillet. Keep some chopped veggies aside that can be used with noodles. 11. Shift the cooked veggies in a plate and again add some cooking oil in the skillet to stir-fry the noodles. 12.In the end, add veggies, sauce, and pork in the noodles to complete the process. You can garnish your dish with finely chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds before you serve it to your loved once.
