Enjoy Stir-Fry Noodles With Peanut Sauce! When it comes to preparing a dish quickly, noodles can prove to be quick and tasty! Given below are the ingredients you need for preparing stir-fry noodles with peanut sauce for 4 servings. 500-gram noodles 3 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 cup finely chopped beans 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots 1/4 cup roasted nuts ( you can include almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio) 1/2 cup shredded chicken breast


1/2 finely chopped Chinese cabbage 2 teaspoons grated ginger 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro 3 tablespoons peanut sauce Cooking 1.

Follow the instructions offered on the package to thoroughly cook the noodles. Once complete use a strainer to drain the excess water and then set the noodles aside.

Take a medium sized skillet and heat vegetable oil in it, and add garlic. Once the garlic looks brown in color, add grated ginger to the wok and keep frying it until it also changes its color. Add shredded chicken breast to the wok and cook it for around 5 minutes. After five minutes add all your veggies to the skillet except red bell pepper and cook them for around 4 to 5 minutes. Finely chopped veggies like carrot, Chinese cabbage. Beans take only five 5 minutes to cook properly on medium heat. Once your veggies and chicken is cooked make sure that you add red bell pepper to wok and again cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add boiled noodles in the wok and mix them properly with the veggies. Keep tossing the ingredients in the skillet until and unless you find that your noodles are effectively coated.

After that add soy sauce and mix it effectively with the noodles.

Finally, add around three tablespoons of peanut sauce in the wok and combine it properly with rest of the ingredients.
