Delicious and Healthy Recipe Chili Garlic Pot Noodles Noodles are easy to prepare and you can never go wrong with them! At the end of a long day sometimes noodles are the easiest way to prepare dinner with your favorite vegetables and spices. One such recipe you should try are Chili Garlic Pot Noodles. They are topped with chili, garlic, red peppers, scallions, peanuts and chicken. You can also substitute use tofu in the place of chicken as a vegetarian option. This recipe can also be cooked with only vegetables if you so desire. The rice noodles used here are sticky because they are prepared in an instant pot which makes the noodles sticky.

Ingredients of Chili Garlic Instant Pot noodles 1. Soy Sauce- 1/2 cup 2. Brown sugar-2 tablespoons 3. White vinegar-2 tablespoons 4. Chili garlic paste-1 tablespoon 5. Olive oil-1 tablespoon


6. Water-2 cups 7. A-sha Noodles- 8 oz. 8. Chicken breasts- 1 lb (slice them into small pieces) 9. Bell peppers-2(slice them thinly) 10. To garnish- green onions, peanuts and sesame seeds Instructions To Prepare Chilli Garlic Pot Noodles Add all ingredients mentioned above and place them in the pot except for the red peppers. Cook for 3 minutes. Now, mix the red pepper and toss with all other ingredients. You can also add some oil or water to reach your desired consistency. Top with your favorite hot sauce! Important Notes That Must Be Kept In Mind In case you do not want sticky noodles then follow the procedure mentioned below. Reduce the amount of water from the recipe to half cup. Take a separate bowl and soak the noodles using cold water. Now mix all the ingredients in the pot(not the red peppers). Cook it for the next 5 minutes. Take a tablespoon of cornstarch slurry. This will make the sauce thick. Now you can add peppers and noodles. Cover and heat it until the peppers and noodles soften up. The sauce should coat the noodles. Do not forget to cut the chicken into small pieces so that you can cook it well with the noodles for 3 minutes. In case you do not get your hands on chili garlic paste in the market, then using fresh garlic along with ground cayenne pepper is always an option. You do not have to heat the noodle pot for a very long time. The rice noodles that are used here must be sticky. They will remain sticky even if you pour water at the end to loosen the noodles.
